Subprocessors (Service Providers)

Prosper Finance (the “Service,” referred to as “Prosper” for short) uses trusted vendors (“subprocessors” / service providers) to operate the service. This list is provided for transparency and may be updated as we add or replace vendors.

Core subprocessors

• Plaid: bank connection and financial data access (Items, transactions, balances).
• Supabase: database, authentication, and storage infrastructure.
• Sentry: error monitoring and performance diagnostics.
• OpenAI (or other AI vendor, if enabled): AI-assisted features (categorization assistance, explanations, summaries, assistant features).
• Stripe: payments and billing (if you subscribe to a paid plan).

Notes

• Some subprocessors may process limited personal information to provide their services.
• We do not use these subprocessors for cross-context behavioral advertising at launch.
